Deoghar's Baidyanath Dham is one of the twelve Jyotirlingas and among the most important pilgrimage sites for Bihar-Jharkhand devotees. Patna to Deoghar is ~260 km, 6-6.5 hours by taxi.

During Shravan month's Kavad Yatra, this route gets very busy — advance booking is essential.
