Submit refund request through PatnaTaxi app or website within 7 days of transaction
Review & Verification
Our team reviews your request within 24-48 hours and verifies the transaction details
Approval & Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method
2. Refund Eligibility
✅ Eligible for Refund
- Double charges or overcharges
- Service not provided as booked
- Technical errors causing payment issues
- Unauthorized transactions
- Driver cancellation after booking
❌ Not Eligible
- Change of mind after service completion
- Late cancellations (after 5 minutes)
- No-show at pickup location
- Incorrect destination provided
- Requests after 7-day window
3. Cancellation Refunds
Refund amounts based on cancellation timing:

| Within 5 minutes of booking | 100% | No fee |
| 5-15 minutes after booking | 90% | ₹100 fee |
| After driver arrival | 80% | ₹200 fee |
| No-show (missed pickup) | 50% | ₹300 fee |
Note: Cancellation fees cover driver time and fuel costs. Full refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
