Cancellation Policy

1. Free Cancellation

You can cancel your Patna Taxi booking free of charge if you cancel at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time.

2. Late Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled less than 1 hour before pickup, or after a driver has already been assigned and dispatched, a nominal cancellation charge may apply to cover the driver's time and fuel.

3. No-Show

If the driver arrives at the pickup point on time and the passenger is not reachable or does not show up within 15 minutes, the booking may be treated as a no-show and cancellation charges may apply.

4. How to Cancel

To cancel a booking, simply call or WhatsApp us at 90608 41555 as early as possible.

5. Cancellations by Us

In rare cases (vehicle breakdown, driver unavailability), we may need to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases we will inform you immediately and help arrange an alternate cab at no extra cost.
