These Terms & Conditions govern the use of taxi booking services provided by Patna Taxi ("we", "us", "our") across Patna, Muzaffarpur, Motihari, Darbhanga and other Bihar & nearby cities. By booking a ride with us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings can be made via phone call, WhatsApp, or our website booking form. A booking is confirmed only after we share driver and vehicle details with you.

2. Fares & Payment

Fares quoted at the time of booking are estimates based on route, vehicle type and distance. Toll, parking and interstate permit charges (where applicable) are extra unless stated otherwise. Final fare is confirmed before the trip begins.

3. Cancellations

Customers may cancel a booking free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations closer to pickup time may attract a nominal cancellation charge — see our Cancellation Policy.

4. Driver & Vehicle Safety

All drivers are verified and vehicles are regularly maintained. Passengers are expected to behave respectfully with drivers and follow standard safety practices during the ride.

5. Liability

While we take all reasonable precautions, Patna Taxi is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
